Does this adapter allow correct infinity focus?
Just saw the answer No when responding to question below, about use on a Panasonic G1. While it's true that the camera will not auto-focus (at any distance) manual focus at infinity is done exactly as intended. Could Maria's mount or focussing screw be damaged?

Will this Vello adapter, LA-MFT-CFD, work on a Panasonic G1 for use with Canon FD lenses? Also, do the Canon FD lenses need to be the newer style black version or will the older ones with chrome locking ring work as well? Thanks
