Metallic Satin Paper (8.5x11" - 5 Sheets) is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Nice, Especially B&W This is the first meatallic paper I have used, although, in the sampler packs I bought, there are a couple of others. I bought Satin instead of glossy becasue I like Canon's Pro Luster, which I aloso puchased (more of, at B&H's current, excellent price). It certainly isn't the heaviest paper but had I known it, it wouldn't have caused me not to buy it. (I didn't remember, at the time, that the Pro Luster was only 10.2 mil & this was 10.0.It did look silvery, and not just the image but the paper slightly also. You really have to see the photos at the right angles to get the full effect and I had to hang mine higher up. The vertical angle seemed to have the more metallic look. I emphasize 'seemed'.I did 5 prints from the 5 pk sampler I bought for $ (cheaper if you get a regular pack, of course)and the one B&W looked GREAT! For color photos, you really have to pick the right ones to get the maximum effect as not every picture will benefit from metallic paper. As I said, this is my first experience with metallic paper so check out a sampler pack if you haven't used it. Other companies had it in their samplers but combined with many others. This stuff was from Inkpress.
