What's the difference between this and the IL-19 (no SS)?

The IL-19-SS and IL-19 In-Line Hum Eliminators are both intended for the same purpose and both units are constructed using ABS plastic housing. The difference between the two models is the dynamic structured shielding feature included on the IL-19-SS which can provide a better ground in certain setups that include older racks and cabinets.
