What is the size of this memory card carrier?
The Photo Pixel Pocket Rocket model holds 10 CF cards without their protective cases. Alternatively, each pocket can hold an SD card in its case or a few SD cards out of their cases (stacked together). I use both CF and SD and love that I can use this for both. You just need to be comfortable with storing the CF cards without their cases.

Can it holds XQD cards with plastic jewel for Sony FS7?
The case is set up for CF cards. If your XQD cards with the case will fit in a standard CF holder it will work. The case is designed to protect the cards, so I don't use the plastic case the cards come in. I have three of these and they work very well.

Yes. I got one of these years ago as a gift with purchase of a Think Tank bag when I had my D700. Now that I have two mirrorless cameras I use it for SD cards. I've used it with and without the plastic cases and the SD cards stay secure either way.

I have two of these and they are superb. One for CF cards and one for the smaller XQD cards. By way of your question I tried to stack both the CF and XQD cards together and although a little tight it was very workable. Since SD cards are smaller it should work very well!

No, the slots do not accommodate the plastic cases for SD cards. The slot is just the right size for the card, but no room for the plastic SD card case.
