Canon SR-N3 Reviews

SR-N3 Speedlite Release Cable is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Interesting little thing I use this product to trigger my 7D from my 5d Mark III. It gives me alternate angles with some very cool results. If you can get it to work as you want it to (I had to explain how to make it work to Canon tech support for two hours)it has some excellent possibilities. Remember that there is about a 2 second delay from the master flash, so trigger both cameras with a separate trigger and both cameras sync in ETTL.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good!!! I connect it to my 5dmk2 or my 7D and then to my ST-E3-RT so I can release the shutter on either slave unit via the 600EX-RT. Not that hand but it works. Maybe it will be more useful when I upgrade to the 5Dmk3.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too short. Too short

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cameras newer than 2012 don't need it It does the job nicely. However, I did not notice that my 5D Mark III, or any other Canon cameras of 2012 or later, do not need this cable. So I returned the cable and will spend the money on something else at B&H (There are so many things I need to spend money on!)As other already mentioned, we all think this product is definitely over priced, just as so many other Canon proprietary things.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product for specific process I use this product to trigger the camera automatically in a very special situations such as computer controlled water drop shots. It's build with Canon high quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dependable but overpriced 4 stars due to overpriced for what it really is and what it is. It is plenty long enough with a couple of inches to spare on my 5D2 body.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does the job - overpriced Useful accessory that works well. The price is way too high. It is also small and thus easy to lose.
