question

I'm interested in using my Canon 600EX-RT speedlight as a fill and a Profoto transmitter with my 5d II. Will this cable connected to the speedlight allow me use all the features of each unit as if they were on the hot shoe?
Asked by: Clifford
To use the 600ex-RT off camera with a Profoto transmitter on the camera you will need a Profoto transceiver on the flash. The remote is Profoto Air Remote Transceiver B&H # PRAR MFR # 901031.And to attach that to a 600ex flash you can use a cord or an adapter. The cord and one of these,PocketWizard PC3N Coiled PC Sync Cord (3') B&H # WIPC3N MFR # PC3NImpact Sync Cord Male Mini (3.5mm) to Male PC (1') B&H # IMMMPCM1 MFR # 9031420Or you can use this adapter, Paramount Miniphone (Pocket Wizard) to Female Hot Shoe Sync Cord - 1' Straight B&H # PAMHSF1 MFR # 17PWMHSF1.
