    Kirk SG-QR reviews

Support Grip with Quick Release Clamp is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pricey, but very solidly built I use this with an Oben QR-30 plate attached to the tripod collar foot of a Nikkor 70-200mm / TC-20E III combo attached to a D800. For me, the grip provides a more comfortable and natural way to support the weight of this longer, heavier lens combo than twisting and turning my wrist and palm upward. It also gives me more control when panning. Changing the focal length is easier using my right hand while continuing to hold the whole rig with my left hand on this grip - results in less stress and strain on the mounts. It is very well constructed, solidly built and the grip is definitely upscale.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid Unit I bought this to work with a gyro stabilizer on a Canon7D for video purposes. It's a well built piece of equipment - simple, basically like a motorcycle hand grip. It kind of stings to pay $bucks for something so basic - it feels like it should be $50-60, but it is well made, so I didn't feel too bad. It has a female screw-hole on the bottom and a quick release on top, which is really well built. Besides the gyro use - it's a non-obtruisive extra bit of stabilizing for DSLR video shooting. Doesn't take up much room in the bag. Overall I think it's a quality product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Well Built I Shoot My 800mm hand-Held With It!! I've been using this grip for about a year now to shoot my 800mm handheld. I've had people ask me about it while I'm shooting and place orders for it right there. It is simply a well-made quality grip that I entrust over $20,000 worth of equipment to it. The grip itself is extremely comfortable, the rubber is extremely sticky and provides ample friction even when wearing gloves. It's very light, but sturdy, and the build quality is superior to anything else out there right now. You can even attach a little foot to it if you wanted. This support grip is one of the most used accessories in my bag!!!
