The Perfect Lens!

This is my first go to lens for everything! Cinematography and photography! I use it on my BMPCC, BMPCC4K and my Olympus camera. Perfect focal length for any situation. Amazing build quality. Love all manual operation. Stunning images. It makes you think and feel about your shots. If you are a true artist at heart then this lens is for you. The price is at least one fifth of what it should really be. I also own the 10.5mm and 42.5mm lenses. Love them all.

Too soft wide open

When stopped down to f2.0 it performs nicely, but what's the point of carrying the additional weight of a f0.95 lens it isn't usable wide open? Some people claim otherwise, and maybe it was just my copy. Overall, I'm a big fan of Voigtlander, but did not care for this one.

Very nice and sharp lens!

Fantastic for MFT

These lenses are excellent for any MFT mount. Because of the crop factor, this is essentially a 35mm. There's nearly no edge bending (which there is on the 10.5mm Nokton) and it gives you a great frame. Also, you can't beat the depth-of-field of an f.95. I have two of these, and I won't stop until I have all of them in my kit.

This lens is brilliant. Build construction is that of a tank. Quality of the image it puts out is unreal. I completely ditched my sigma 18-35 for this 1 lens. One really cool part about it is the insanely close focusing distance. Almost serves as a macro. Buy this lens you wont be disappointed.

Insanely beautiful quality-you get both sharpness and just the right amount of buttery smooth finesse. The focus plane however is VERY precise so when using it for follow focus, be prepared to stay on your toes.

question

Where can I find an adapter from Micro 4/3 to Nikon-F? I'd like to use this lens on Nikon cameras.
Asked by: Anonymous
There are not any such adapters unfortunately. Micro 4/3rds sensors are smaller than the sensors used in Nikon DSLRs and as such Micro 4/3rds lenses would not properly cover the surface area of the sensors in the Nikon cameras.

What adaptor to fit Fuji?

What adaptor to fit Fuji?
Asked by: Debbie
If you are referring to a Fuji X-Mount camera there is not adapter that will allow this to work with it. The X-Mount has a larger sensor than the MFT sensor this lens will cover. We do however have X-Mount lenses in a similar focal range you could use. https://bhpho.to/2VpIIR4

Can this lens work with a metabones adapter on a Sony FS7 Mark 2?

No, that lens is a micro 4/3rds lens and there is no Metabones adapter that will allow that to attach to your camera which is a Sony E mount.

Have anyone tried using these 0.95 lenses with 58-52 to step down rings? Is there vignetting?
Asked by: JP
We would feel that the likelihood of vignetting is very high if you used step down rings on any lens that is a wide angle with the sensor you are using. We recommend only step up rings if you are using more than one filter on a wide angle lens.
