Designed specifically for archival and reproduction photography, Cambo's 45 REPRO-D is a 4 x 5" camera featuring a 16.5"-long monorail and fixed front and rear standards for ensured precision and parallel positioning. Two individual monorail clamps permit fine-tuned movements of both standards for critical focusing and a 15.75" bellows draw benefits photographing a variety of differently sized items from various heights.
Designed with an open interface in mind, this camera is able to seamlessly accept both 4 x 5" film and digital backs, as well as standard Cambo lensboards for 4 x 5"-format cameras.
Based on Cambo's line of traditional 4 x 5" view cameras, this camera has been modified specifically for archival and reproduction photography.
Both front and rear standards have no perspective-control movements to better ensure proper parallelism. Additionally, a spirit level is built into each standard for easier positioning and leveling.
Mounted on a 16.5" / 42cm-long monorail, both standards feature individual clamps to permit fine-tuned positioning for critical focus applications. Each standard's clamp allows for +/- 35mm of movement.
The included C-6 standard bellows offers a 15.75" / 40cm draw to allow the use of a variety of focal lengths and working distances.
Designed within an open interface, this camera seamlessly accepts both film and digital systems with optional accessory ground glass or adapter backs.
Front standard accepts traditional lensboards for Cambo 4 x 5" cameras, to permit the use of a wide array of lenses and different-sized shutters.
