    Elektron CARRYING BAG ECC-2 reviews

ECC-2 Carry Bag with PL-2 Protective Cover is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect Fit - Could Use Handle Fits the Octatrack perfectly. The plastic top looks like it might be a bit janky and get cracked or busted during a rather aggressive load in/out, but so far it hasn't been an issue for me. The case has a great length on the shoulder strap for someone of >6' height. Zippers are average - I imagine I'll be busting those in the next year. HOWEVER - biggest problem would be a handle on the top of the case. Without thinking, you go to grab for the case and you have to use the strap, or carry the whole thing. Minor inconvenience at best, but you'd be amazed at how used to that feature you could be when you're not specifically thinking about it. YMMV

Rated 4 out of 5 by from High cost but no substitute I debated spending the money on this for a long time, but finally really wanted to take my Analog Four on a trip, so I ponied up. The bag feels like really good quality and the included plastic lid is great for keeping dust and hair off the A4's packed black metal face. You'll never find a case better suited for your Elektron machine, since this was made specifically for it. However, I have to take a star off because it is overpriced. This price for a vinyl bag and a plastic lid is too much - I would have felt it was a better value if it was about $ cheaper.Great quality, high dollar, unique. That's pretty much the Elektron credo.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Questionable build quality and design for the 'official' bag With the PL-2 on snugly and the foam inserts it does hold my rytm securely. Not really enough room in the front pocket for much, and I feel like I have to be careful about what goes in there or it'll shatter the PL-2. As others have noted, no handle. It's kind of not possible with the top loading design of the thing. It feels like they just picked a random microphone bag off the shelf and slapped a log and different velcro cushions inside. Zippers aren't metal, the pull is a thin bent plastic as well. The fabric is durable enough but I don't think as a whole this will hold up in the long run. Am I sorry I bought it? No, but it'll last a year and I'll replace it with a gator for less that'll last me longer. If you're carrying more than one of their boxes, I'd definitely suggest a rifle case over multiple ECC-2 or an EGB-1

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Inner Velcro is The price is kind of a lot for the bag wish it was less money. When I got it I expected maybe a different type in my mind there what they actually made. The shape is like a rhombus in a way. The inside has three detachable Velcro pieces one on the bottom and two for each side. The back side of the bag is quite thin. I understand the value of having a thick layer of protection for the bottom but don't understand why it needs to be detachable. The Velcro doesn't quite line up perfectly in my opinion. As for the two inner detachable Velcro layers they make it so the protective cover won't fit inside the bag. That seems kind of odd. I thought I would use the lid inside the bag which is why they were being sold together but the lid doesn't fit. It's the bag made for the device so there's really nothing else a person can buy if they want a bag for their elektron machines. The protective case is super nice and fits perfectly it's good to have to protect the expensive equipment from dust but I still think the price is a bit too much.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Convenient carry bag Snugly fits Elektron gear. It could benefit from a handle at the top though
