This set is perfect for pro-sumer level recordings. Sound quality is very very good for this price point. I looked at many units prior to this set, and the extra 100 dollars or so for this kit gets you twice as good sound and performance. Notable features I liked: Fantastic packaging and included additional items (i.e. bags, straps, mounts, wind covers, cables, etc) Very easy pairing, adjustable gain on transmitter, good clip. Possible deal breakers for your set up: Plastic construction all around (seems durable however), microphone unit is a bit larger than most and heavier than most. Proprietary out connections on units.

Very impressed with the low end sound quality. I do NOT like how flimsy the antennas are...

I've used other brands, cheaper and not so reliable as this. You get to invest a little more money but it worth every dime. Sound quality is awesome.

question

Are these small size receivers good for use in a theater or concert hall? I would love to have a transmitter pack/receiver that was easy to travel with that I could plug into house systems. I'd be using a headset mic with it.
Asked by: Michael C.
They may be used for a variety of applications including theatrical and concert hall products.
