The 7.5mm f/3.5 UMC Fisheye MFT Lens from Samyang - Black is the first model in a new series of Samyang lenses designed specifically for the Micro Four Thirds system of cameras. Awesome Manual Occasional Lens
Bought this early to complement MFT Oly system. I admit that I have not used this lens a lot due to teh distortion, only certain shots make sense. That being said the results were very good and the price was right. It is so wide that focus is seldom an issue so not having AF is not really troubling. Pros: Tiny and light. Relatively inexpensive. Sharp optics. Tight fit to Oly MFT body. Cons: F3.5, while not a show stopper, this is not good for night or low light situations. Cannot take normal filters, should have been designed with filter thread and plastic removable shade.
Fully Manual Inexpensive 180 Fish Eye
First fish eye for my Micro Four Thirds kit. Fully manual, but no problem. I know how to focus, set f stop. Impressive coverage. Nice Full Cap to protect optics. Beware, front surface bulges out, as expected. Having fun experimenting.
Way exceeded my expectations
Love this lens. Works really well on my Plymouth EM-1 II. I use focus peaking because it is manual focus and manual exposure. Best value of any Micro 4/3 lens I have.

Good Value
My first fisheye lens- always wanted one but didn't want to spend the money on a novelty. However I wanted to get interiors of old churches and missions and this is the lens that can do that. Sharp, vibrant color and contrast, easy to use although it is a manual lens. Able to enhance the fisheye distortion or decrease it depending on how you level your camera. Good value.
Fantastic Lens
bought this lens used from B and H. was in great condition and I am blown away with the image quality and FOV in 1080 and 4K with my GH4. Great lens for shooting any close up action sports

I should now be able to avoid my frustration at not being able to get enough in the camera's field of view. The lens bag is a nice touch. None of my other MFT lenses came with a bag.

I got this lens at a discount, but I can very safely say that this lens is worth the full retail price. On the tech side, the tests run by OpticalLimits show that this lens is extremely good, especially for a budget price range, with a very sharp center at f/3.5 and good aberration/halo characteristics, especially at f/5.6. On the practical side, this thing is as good as a manual lens can ever be. The focus depth gets huge when you focus more than a few feet away, really pulling everything you see into a nice state of general sharpness. The focus and aperture rings are the perfect tightness and smoothness, with a nicely clicked aperture and smooth focus turning reminiscent of the action on a good fluid-head tripod. It can close-focus about 4 inches away, so you can even get some great wide macro shots with it. The focal length (15mm equivalent) is 60% wider than the standard full wide angle of 24mm equivalent, so this thing really swallows up a scene. It's about as close as you'll get to fisheye while still filling up the entire sensor with the image. With some barrel distortion correction during editing to hammer the image back into a rectilinear projection, you can even crop out a panorama from the center while still retaining some quality. I highly recommend this lens for anyone who wants to shoot very wide angles, whether it's capturing most of a bedroom or capturing mountains at twilight with a huge night sky.
