    PH-12 Three-Way Pan Head is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from nicely built, limited compatibility I bought this looking for a lightweight, compact pan head for a Velbon Rexi L tripod. It meets the first two requirements, but unfortunately it is not compatible with the Velbon mounting plate (or Manfrotto, or similar width base). The lever that locks the pan movement at the base of the head locks in the DOWN position, so if your mounting plate is wider than the base of the head, the lever is blocked from locking, as it cannot clear the baseplate to enter the DOWN position. Perhaps it is designed for a particular Vanguard tripod that has a narrower mounting plate than mine. It's a nice product, especially for the price, but unfortunately it has to go back.
