Does this adapter work effectively with the ...

Does this adapter work effectively with the speeds available from SD UHS-II Cards?
Asked by: Jessica
According to Lexar, he Lexar 25-in-1 card reader does not fully support UHS-II technology. UHS-II is backwards compatible, however, and so the reader will certainly be able to mount UHS-II memory cards. However, since the reader does not have the secondary row of contacts to utilize UHS-II technology, cards inserted will transfer at UHS-I speeds. As the card reader can handle up to 500 MB/sec transfer speed depending on card type, it will be able to easily handle the current 170 MB/sec UHS-I maximum transfer speed.
