Will this work with my CISCO VoIP desk phone? I want to be able to answer my phone from the mailroom.
Asked by: Pamela
The Cyber Acoustics AC-104 Monaural PC Headset with Microphone BH #CYAC104 has 2 x 3.5 mm cables, it is likely going to need an adapter to work with a voip phone. Please reach out to [email protected] with the specific model of your headset so we can take a look and confirm. Keep in mind, this is not a wireless headset so answering the phone from a different room where the phone is would not be possible.

question

why can't someone hear me when I call them?
Asked by: Anonymous
Are you using the headset with a cell phone, a computer, or a wireless landline? Depending on the device, you may need to use a different connector - the headset connects to most phones with one plug, but if you're using it with a computer (i.e. for Skype, VoIP, etc.) then you may need to use the Y-adapter to connect the headset's plug to the computer's microphone and headphone jacks individually.
