Would the Schneider 94-251062 ring be and equivalent to the lee ring..Would it be compatible with a lee filter holder?Thanks

The Schneider 62mm adapter ring is the equivalent size, however it will only be compatible with Schneider filter holders. The Lee Filters adapter ring will be compatible with a Lee filter holder.

Is this wide angle adapter ring compatible with the Seven5 filter system? I'm looking to add this to the front of a 12-40mm lens and I 'm concerned with vignetting from the standard adapter ring.

12-14mm it been consider a ultra-wide angle lens yes you will get vignette if you form 20mm and up it ok. but for more info I recommend you to lee web click on camera scroll down to Lee Match system click on the button Good look Jose.
