Would this be necessary for a 35mm focal length or is the regular 67mm adapter ring fine for that focal length?
every lens or most lens have filter threads and they differ on size depending on the lens. The way to find out what is your filter thread size is to check the lens cover. Take it off your lens and check the back their you will see a number. Then you will use that number to select which lee adapter ring you would want to purchase. For example my 18-105mm lens had a filter thread of 67mm. So this adapter ring would be suitable for my lens. Hope this helps and good luck :)
