The NEI-30 Dinion IP Infrared Day/Night Imager (940 nm, NTSC) from Bosch is a rugged and versatile unit that is specially designed for 24/7 perimeter surveillance. The camera's DINION 2X technology, along with the 20-bit digital signal processing, offers excellent clarity levels by exposing the tiniest details in the captured images.

With a 1/3” wide dynamic range CCD sensor at its heart, this IP Infrared Imager records footage at a resolution of 704 x 480 (4CIF) at 30 ips. The 5 to 50mm varifocal lens enables recording of sharp and lucid images throughout the field of view.

The NEI-30 Dinion IP Infrared Imager features a host of advanced technologies that guarantee unhindered performance even in the most challenging environments. Variable Field Illumination allows IR beam pattern adjustments in the field, which enables the entire field of view, foreground and background included, to be evenly illuminated for superb performance in low-light as well as zero lux conditions. For sustained day/night performance throughout the service life of the imager, it employs Constant Light technology that uses closed loop feedback to control infrared performance.

All the recorded footage is compressed using H.264 technology, allowing for optimal usage of the available bandwidth and storage space. Simultaneous tri-streaming is possible on 2 H.264 streams and an M-JPEG stream. When connected to the network, the imager can directly stream footage to an NVR or an iSCSI target for storage. The recorded videos can be conveniently viewed on a PC via a web browser, with the Bosch Video Management System, or with VIDOS.

The integrated junction box of this imager can be preinstalled to reduce the installation time. Additionally, IP-based control and configuration makes set up easy and quick. The aluminum housing of this IP Infrared Imager has been NEM A4X weather-sealed and IP67-rated, ensuring robust protection from dust, rain, and corrosion when installed outdoors.
