The SP 3500SF can scan both monochrome and color documents at up to 1200 dpi (optical). The machine's 50-page auto document feeder (ADF) makes scanning multipage documents an easy 1-step process. Easily digitize your office's files and reduce paper clutter. When using the ADF, the scanner can handle pages as large as legal size (8.5x14"). In addition to scanning to a local computer, you can scan to a USB drive, a network folder, an email address, or to an FTP server.

The letter-size flatbed can be used to make black and white copies. Using the ADF, you can copy multipage documents in 1 step and copy pages up to 8.5x14" (legal size). The unit's 4-line LCD provides multiple options including resizing, quantity (1 to 99 copies), 2-in-1 and 4-in-1 copying, ID card copying, and image density adjustment.

The embedded 33.6 kbps fax modem lets you send and receive faxes from the device itself or send faxes from a connected computer. The SP3510 SF features 20 1-touch dial buttons as well as a 200-number speed dial memory so you can easily send faxes without looking up a number. The unit provides multiple fax options including auto answer, forwarding (to an email address), auto redial, internet fax, and a 100-page memory.
