Hi. Would this work with a Schoeps CMC6 ? They are rather short. Thank you.
Asked by: auberi
It's almost the same length with very little lenght to spare. The Cale attached to the mic might bend or rear the prongs. I wouldn't go with this mount shock because you need a little more space to observe shock and strengthen the grip.

Rose ntg5
Asked by: Ryan
I use it with my Rode NTG2 mic. It slides through the flexible mesh and I am able to put the mount on top of a camera shoe. If the NTG5 is anything like the NTG2 you should be fine.

does this item have a threaded hole at the bottom of the shoe for a 1/4-20 or 3/8 screw to attach to my camera?
Asked by: Andrew
Yes, it has a threaded hole. I usually attach it to a boom pole in that manner. If you are attaching to your camera the mount fits a hot/cold shoe. That might be easier.

Which measurement works with the Azden 250 shotgun mic?
Asked by: Michael
The center circle in the shock mount is what the previous answer refers to with the 21mm diameter. There is enough “give” with that center hole so it gives flexibility with the larger mics. (You will still need to figure out how far your mic extends beyond your camera.)

Yes. It's a long mic though so it may sag forward slightly

Will this work with Senneheiser ME 66 shotgun mic?

Yes. However, the longer it is, the more likely it is that it will get in the way of the lens (frame of the camera).
