Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's just a counter weight Batman! But, it attaches perfectly Robin!. Threaded holes align up so no nightmares. Digging the Habbycam product and wondering why the Habbycam HD Camera Brace this weight attaches to doesn't sell like the others? I attached a photo. Added a Varizoom lanc remote, Manfrotto quick release 501 mount, custom Audio-Technica receiver tray, and the weight from Habbycam. Give this product a try. It won't be returned.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not just for habbycam products I did not use this weight for its intended use on a habbycam shoulder rig. I needed an additional weight to add to my tripod rig because the lowest counterbalance setting was still causing some kickback. I was using a GH4 with a baseplate rod setup on a Sachtler FSB-8 and just couldn't get things to balance right until I added this weight. Now I am able to pan/tilt with zero rebound from the counterbalance spring. I feel a little remiss in giving it 4 stars for what is not an intended use relative to the design. The reason it gets one star off is that the spacing of the 1/4-20 screw holes on this weight do not seem to be standard. I am only able to get one screw into this block from my Ikan baseplate. It would be nice to get 2 screws in there as that would prevent and camera twist. As it is, even with one screw I do not get camera twist unless I am trying to make it do that with my hand; does not occur with normal use. Great solution to my problem!
