question

How does this item (CR16S12800MK) differ from CR8GB204P2K and CR8S312800MK? All three items are 2 x 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 PC3-12800 Non-ECC 204-Pin SODIMMs, and all are the same brand (Crucial), so I can't figure out what differentiates one from the others.
Asked by: Anonymous
The three items are actually identical. CR16S12800MK is a kit directly from Crucial. Both 8GB chips are packaged together by Crucial. CR8S312800MK is a B&H kit of two 8GB Crucial packages. CR8GB204P2K is also a B&H kit, but Crucial doesnt market that RAM specifically for Mac. The specifications on the three are the same.
