The Impact Luxbanx Duo Small Octagonal Softbox is a versatile 36" diameter light shaping tool with a textured silver interior for high output, removable front diffuser and a removable interior baffle. It's compatible with strobe lights, fluorescent, or LED light sources. It's also compatible with hot lights up to 1000W. When using it with hot lights remove the interior baffle. When paired with the Arri Brand Lighting it's perfect. These soft boxes are big and heavy and made for hot lights.

It's great for full body illumination.Produce narrower light spread then the 48 x 78. produce large enough lighting while being versatile.

Is this safe to use with an Aperture 1200D LED? I would assume this is not as hot as a 1000W hot light?

While the Elinchrom speed rings are not compatible with the Impact Luxbanx Duo Small Octagonal Softbox (36 ), as the rods of the Elinchrom octangonal softboxes are larger than most universal softbox rods, the Impact Speed Ring for Elinchrom, Impact EX, B&H # IMSRELI, would work with the softbox, and would be compatible with Elinchrom studio strobes.

You can use it as long as you buy a Bowens Mount speedring -- i.e. Impact Speed Ring for Impact, Bowens S, Westcott . Then it will mount perfectly.
