question

I have this camera and love it. it was dropped by mistake and unfortunately the part of the case that attaches to accessories broke off. Is there anyway to replace the outside shell because it is currently unable to attach to anything?
Asked by: Sean
I am afraid there is nothing that can be done by you or B&H in repairing your camera. Please contact GoPro directly for repair or replacement. gopro.com/help

The GoPro is a great choice as a plethora of mounting options are available and recording duration is only limited by the battery and the installed memory card.

question

Was trying to find a red filter to fit the Hero. Everything I find says only compatible with the hero4/hero3+. Do they make them to fit the Hero ?
Asked by: Cindy W.
Sorry, no external filters are available for the HERO Action Camera. I was able to come up with two options. 1. Rosco E-Colour+ #779 Bastard Pink (21 x 24 ) Sheet B&H # ROE779S for $34.75. (You will have a lifetime supply.) Cut a piece to size and apply with duck tape. Be sure to leave one edge open allowing water to get in so you do not get water lines. 2. Buy a GoPro that takes filters.

question

How can I use this model with a slefie stick?
Asked by: Seraj B.
Any selfie stick with a 1/4 -20 screw or GoPro style mount will take the camera. Unfortunately, there is no known way to snap the shutter of the Hero Action. You would have to get a more advanced version of GoPro cameras like the Hero Session and use the Smart Remote.

question

Are there led displays on the gopros?
Asked by: Anonymous
There is an LCD display on the front for settings. Normally GoPro's do not have LCD displays on the back for viewing. We do have two kits that offer rear viewing screens. GoPro HERO+ LCD B&H # GOHPL and GoPro HERO4 Black and LCD Touch BacPac Kit B&H # GOH4ABLCDTK (B&H Kit).
