Does this film reel fit the paterson center rod?
The reel included with the Yankee Clipper II kit listed above would fit the Paterson rod, but it would not be possible to turn the reel. The opening on the reel is large, so you may have to agitate the unit by hand.

I develop 35mm and 120 type film at home. This reel doesn't look like it has the stop/indent for 110 film?
That's true
But I use it for 110 film I pushed the two parts to create the same size of 110 film and it stay steady and works very well to take in all the film in the reel, good luck
