The LEDTV2316 23" Widescreen LED TV from Coby is a slim (1.7" wide) 23" high-definition TV that features a built-in digital TV tuner (ATSC/NTSC/QAM), two HDMI ports and digital noise reduction. It also features V-Chip parental control, Closed Captioning and Electronic Program Guide Support.
This 720p HDTV is capable of receiving 1080p, 1080i, 720p, 480p and 480i digital signals. It also includes a PC VGA connection so you can use the unit as a PC monitor. Coby utilizes digital noise reduction to help improve any digital video loss caused by rapidly moving images.
The 5.1 S/PDIF digital coaxial audio output is ready to layer five channels of sound through a connected audio system, and the TV includes two integrated stereo speakers outputting 3W of power. The LEDTV2316 also includes component and composite A/V inputs as well as the two HDMi and VGA ports.
5.1 S/PDIF Audio
Surround your TV with digital audio. If you have a surround sound receiver or other compatible device, you'll be able to get 5.1 channels of sound in the comfort of your living room.
Digital Noise Reduction
DVDs, TV broadcasts, streaming video, and analog connections can all introduce slight imperfections to picture quality. Although the loss in fidelity may be minor and unnoticeable, Coby TVs are designed with advanced processing techniques to improve the appearance of compressed video.
Native Contrast Ratio
Coby measures and reports Native Contrast Ratio, a truer indication of screen performance. Contrast ratio measures the difference between the darkest and brightest images that a screen can produce. A high contrast ratio will prevent images from looking washed out. Details in very dark or very bright scene will be clear and vivid without the loss in definition.
