This lens was ordered through the department I work for at a university. It is being used to capture the images needed to stitch together in panoramas to upload into our new VR campus map for the 360s. The glass is crisp, and the lens is very easy to focus and work with the t-stops. Fits and works perfectly with the crop-sensored Canon 60D I am using to capture the images.

Fun lens to have on hand.

Because I use this only occasionally, it is a great addition to my gear bag. It is a fine, low cost alternative to better lenses. Just make sure to use plenty of light because it gets a little soft in low light. That being said, I'm very happy with it, and so are my clients.

A good lens in its price range

This lens is very useful. The cost benefit is great. Maybe is the best choice in this price range Cons: Too soft in the full aperture, about 4.2 f/stop starts to be sharper.

100% recommendable

I bought this lens a year ago. Is simply amazing. I have a macro lens and also an 18-55 mm. I always prefer the fisheye one. It has a luminance and a definition incredible. If I had the chance, I would buy it again with my eyes closed. PS.: sorry for my english. I'm a spanish girl.

En general es un lente con el que se puede realizar imgenes urbanas, paisajes, aquitectura, falta un poco de nitidez, pero resulta ser un buen objetivo.

question

Well this lense work with nikon d810
Asked by: Maher.ghneim
The Rokinon 8mm T/3.8 Fisheye will mount and create images on the Nikon D810. To avoid the No Lens Attached message, select Manual lens in the menu. This lens in the D810's DX mode will cover the DX frame. In FX, the top and bottom but not the sides will be cut off.
