The Atlona AT-HDCAT-8ED HDBaseT HDMI 2 x 8 Distribution Amplifier enables you to send one source to multiple displays over a single Cat-5e/6/7 cable up to 328' away. With built-in audio loop outputs to ensure all audio and video needs are met in-zone and locally, this distribution amplifier distributes audio from 2 channels to multi-channel signals, and both 2D and 3D video up to 1080p or 1920 x 1200. It is designed to be paired with the Atlona AT-HDRX-RSNET HDBaseT receiver.

HDBaseT Technology
HDBaseT technology allows you to send power, video (up to 1080p or 1920 x 1200) with embedded multi-channel audio signals over a single category cable
Smart Auto-Switching
The HDCAT's smart switching capability eliminates the need to manually change inputs. Simply power on/off a source device and the matrix conveniently switches automatically
Transmit Audio and Video up to 328'
Extend your audio / visual experience up to 328'. HDBaseT technology allows you to send power, video (up to 1080p or 1920 x 1200), and audio (all Lossy and Lossless formats) signals over a single Cat-5e/6/7 cable
Multi-Channel Audio Compliant
Supports PCM, Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos, DTS Digital Surround, DTS-HD Master Audio, and DTS:X. Also allows any multi-channel audio stream to be used within a professional audio system
Power over Ethernet
With the PoE (Power over Ethernet) feature, the AT-HDCAT-8ED distribution amplifier transmits power to all the connected receivers over the Cat cable
Multiple Display Support
With a built-in local HDMI loop out, you can send your source to multiple HDCATs. Use one source signal for as many as 8 daisy chains
