DTK2200 Cintiq 22HD Pen Display is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 48.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW! I cannot compare this Pen Display to competitive brands as it is the only one which I have had any experience. Having said that the Cintiq 22HD Pen Display is a pleasure to use. The 16 different programmable (individually by application) is a feature worth the price by itself. The screen display is large and works as my second monitor as well as a pen display. Editing in Photoshop CS6 is so much easier and accurate over using a mouse. I also use it with Corel Painter X3. I am 78 years old and have never painted anything in my life and my first effort was a portrait of my dog. The Cintiq made it a simple task and the result looked as if it were done be a professional artist. See photo below as judge yourself. Working of the surface of your photo or art work is so much easier than using a tablet Impressive is not a strong enough term to describe it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great monitor! I decided to upgrade from my Wacom Intuos 5 tablet to the Cintiq 22HD and I have no regrets! While the Intuos was great, I always felt there was a disconnect between my hand-eye coordination since I was drawing on my desk and looking at my screen. It's much easier being able to see what I'm drawing as I'm working directly on the screen. The usable screen size is great, although I wish the black border around the screen wasn't so big. The whole thing occupies more desk space than neccessary.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AWESOME This is one of the coolest piece of tech I have. Expensive yes, but really great. I have used the intous for a while and there is that learning curve of not looking at what you are drawing that is kind of strange. Working with the Cintiq is great. Way better than the 24 model because its not as massive. Sketchbook Pro 6 is a great addition to this monitor as well.Be advised though that this monitor is large and does not stand up straight on the desk, its at best sitting at a 75 deg angle to the surface, so it wont look right next to a normal monitor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible This is not only one of the best products I have ever purchased, it has instantly improved my digital art. The screen is large and being HD format is actually a huge bonus. I have compared this to the larger 24hd and 24hd touch and I am so happy I went with this one. It is only slightly smaller screen but it is light, the other ones are around 70lbs. This one is only about 12-15lbs. this is a great product by a great company. buy it now if you are debating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Tool for the Job! I had to make a little room on my desk top so I could run this along with my other monitor, but it was well worth the effort. This is a wonderful tool for photographers, as it has shortened up my work flow enormously.I now now have more tome to either be creative on the computer or more time to spend in the field shooting.Thank you WACOM for this awesome tablet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delightful! I underestimated this tablet! -I've been using an Intuos 3 Wacom tablet for the past 6 years and never gave much importance to the thought of a Cintiq. Well, was I mistaken! I'm a digital illustration student, use Photoshop and Corel Painter, and record the process using Camtasia. This tablet pushes the limits of what these programs can do. The Cintiq 22HD makes the speed of work for me, at least 3 times faster. -My impressions of the tablet: 1) The size - it is a little low on height, but the wide screen area is great for menus. 2) Rotation capability - I am in love with the fact that this screen can be rotated to a portrait position - you can change the computer screen settings to allow the menus on the Cintiq screen to be displayed in portrait orientation - allowing you to take advantage of the screen size! (that is; you can see portrait pictures much larger than in any horizontal screen) 3) Most positive, and negative aspect - The most positive is the speed and natural feeling you get from working directly with your hand on the screen. It feels creamy. This makes drawing and painting faster, easier, and enjoyable. The only negative aspect that bothers me a bit is the grainy screen look when seen up close. Compared to my other screen, it looks textured. (But this can be compensated by duplicating the image you are working on -while using Photoshop- on both screens: thus seeing any details you might miss on the Cintiq) Nevertheless, the creamy wonderful feeling of painting with your hand on the screen MORE than makes up for these minute issues. I am in love with this screen, and wish I'd seen its value before.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from awesome product Thanks for this awesome product. I did not buy my wacom from wacom store, as their customer service is awfully terrible, some of them even do not know much about their products. Instead I purchased it from B&H store for their great customer care service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cintiq HD 22 review If animation, or digital painting is something you do, this mechine is just perfect for you. I am an animator, designer by trade, but I do a lot of digital painting. I do portraits, draw anime, do 2d animation. Since I got this my productivity as double. Being able to draw directly onto the screen just makes it so natural and fast to get work done. I reccomend any one to buy it. Totally worth the money.
