Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pure Amazing I am honestly surprised how good this little light is. Really powerful for such a tiny device. The very first time I saw It I pass on it because I did not trusted it that it was good at all, but a friend of mine got it and then I rushed to B&H to get one for me because it was really good. The only thing that I did not like much is that when you attached the light to the headphone piece, that part is a very cheap plastic that can break easily but i got a headphone adapter for 99 cents and it works perfectly. Other than that is fantastic

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just a bit more This is a good continuous light source for those times when you need to add just a bit more light and not have the background go dark from the blast of the flash. A piece of cto gel to balance to interior incandescent lights will give your photo a more natural look that the flash can't provide.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bescor LED Self Powered Smartphone flash This thing is small but is ideal for low light imaging, this is created to be used with any Smartphone as this has a plastic holder which can be attached to 3.5 mm audio jack. This can also be used with cameras as this has its own in built battery which can be charged from USB and can be held in hand to use the flash.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Help for Indoor Photos or Videos Really don't like iPhone flash for taking indoor photos. This bright and lightweight light is ideal. For video taking on the iPhone, it really helps provide more light as long as you're not more than 6-8 away from subject. For photos, it really helps. It provides nice white light, so photo white balance from camera is better and photos look better. Allows iPhone to set its setting (its automatically done by iPhone, so you have no control unfortunately) at a better setting (get less noise etc). Only suggestion, is made a diffuser for it. The light is real bright when taking photos and can cause subjects to be a bit overwhelmed by light (almost studio TV like brightness). I had an old film canister that I used to slide over the light... worked like a charm. Highly recommend this light.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not likely to use it This isn't the kind of thing to point toward someone's eyes in a low-lit room. If I hold the phone high and shoot at a downward angle I probably can use it without people screaming at me to turn it off. The plastic attachment looks fragile and the light is horizontal when the camera is vertical (and vice versa). I got it because I'm evaluating iPhone photo/video attachments for a class presentation. This one needs something to diffuse the light.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone/tablet light I use the Bescor light when taking pictures/video with either my Nexus 7 or Nokia Lumia 520. It provides enough light to illuminate the area or subject, its small size fits perfectly in your pocket, re-charge time is quick, and at full charge you get about an hours worth of light. This light is a must have if you use your smartphone/tablet to take photos and video.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convenient and effective Got for my wife since she is always taking photo and video with her iPhone 4s. Works well and she can also use it as a second light in addition to the flash on camera when taking photos that need a little more artistic touch.
