RT3FC-B-W 3-Pole TINY XLR Female Cable Connector is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from they work these work fine. The rubber sealing boot simply slides over the rest, reverse-install it first over the cable, then proceed as normal to mount this on a cable. soldering tabs work well. There is a metal ring that went around the interior part of the plug. I couldn't get that back in after I took it apart. Oh well. It works fine without... I found no lower price than this one at B&H. However, it was not stocked, and was backordered by the supplier, too, so I had quite a wait. oh well.
