My Canon Pro-10 is the BEST printer I've owned, and I've had a few! This ink is a consistent performer in producing great images with decent archival value.

Do these inks work with the Canon Pro9500- ...
Do these inks work with the Canon Pro9500- Markll?
Don't know. I would ask the pros at B&H. I do know that the ink from a previous canon printer should have worked with my Canon TS8200, cause they are the same shape and everything, but no there is one small tip of plastic that makes previous ink not work. So ask B&H. But I would say they won't.

what does the chroma optimizer mean for the black ...
what does the chroma optimizer mean for the black cartridges?
The Chroma Optimizer, CO, has nothing to do with the Black cartridges. CO is a clear coating and has not pigment or color.

Are these archival inks?
Are these archival inks?
These pigmented inks are made NOT to fade. When these inks are used with paper that doesn't have optical brightening agents you get prints that are archival that last 40+ years without fading (when not exposed to direct sunlight).

One uses pigment ink the other dye ink. They are not at all compatable.

question
On the box of the 10 color ink tank value pack that I have ,there is a green Cartridge but yours show a co cartridge what color is that ??
As far as I know, the only printer using pgi-72 inks is the Canon Pro 10. There is no green for that printer. My i9900 used 8 inks, one of which was green. The Pro 10 substituted gray and an extra black for green, plus the optimizer. You should never put in an ink that the printer doesn't call for and wouldn't know how to use.

question
how many mils are in each ink cartage ???
They are 14 ml tanks.

question
how many pictures/pages can you print?
Complicated...but I think same image uses twice as much pigment for 11x17 than for letter size and for B&w heavily black print far more pigment will be used than for a print that's mostly light...can be shocking.
