The NatureView Cam HD Max Trail Camera from Bushnell is a trail / wildlife camera with an 8MP CMOS image sensor. Capture images and video from a remote location, rather than while physically holding the camera, in order to get close-up footage of animals. The Cam HD is equipped with a B&W text LCD monitor. Two close focus lenses, offering minimum focus distances of 9.8" and 18.1", enable you to capture clear depth of field in your images--even when wildlife gets really close. The camera contains an Auto PIR (passive infrared) sensor that's motion-activated to a distance of 60' (18.3 m). Thanks to its Hyper NightVision technology, the camera's flash, composed of 32 no-glow LEDs, also has an effective range of 60' (18.3 m).
Capture still images and 60 sec clips of Full HD 1080p video with sound. You can even set the camera to shoot both at the same time--in full resolution--in Hybrid Capture Mode. Day, Night and 24HR exposure modes optimize camera settings for the best photo and video capture based on the time of day. Field Scan 2x time-lapse technology automatically captures images at preset intervals of your choice, for stitching together into videos. The Moon Phase stamp feature links the current date to the phase of the moon on that date and imprints an icon on your photo. The GPS Geotag lets you automatically embed coordinates to make game tracking and camera placement simpler. Additionally, the NatureView Cam HD is configured with a USB port and includes a USB cable for connection to a computer.
Has a CMOS image sensor with a resolution of 8MP
PIR Motion Sensor
Motion-activated up to a range of 60', the PIR (passive infrared) sensor detects the changes in temperature that occur when subjects move and captures images in response. You can set it to Auto mode to have sensitivity automatically regulated based on temperature, or you can adjust the sensitivity to Low, Medium or High
Equipped with a B&W text LCD monitor
Two close focus lenses with minimum focus distances of 9.8" and 18.1" let you capture clear depth of field in your images--even when wildlife gets really close
No-Glow Black LEDs
The Hyper Night Vision flash's 32 LEDs are completely invisible to game and other hunters. This means wildlife won't be scared off and also makes the camera effective as a security surveillance device
Multi Flash Mode
Allows you to adjust flash power for various setups, in order to conserve battery power
Full HD Movie Recording
Capture clips of Full HD 1920x1080p video with sound. Clip length is programmable from 1 sec to 60 sec
Hybrid Capture Mode
Allows you to shoot Full HD video and full-resolution still images simultaneously, each time the camera is triggered
Field Scan 2x Time Lapse Technology
Automatically snaps images at preset intervals of 1 min to 1 hr, within the hours of your choice. Monitor game movement at dusk, dawn, and every time slot in between. Time-lapse mode gives you the widest viewing window, since it's not motion-activated by wildlife. However, when animals move in-frame, the live motion-activated trigger will capture images of them at the same time as the time-lapse images
Freeze Frame Shutter
The camera's night vision capability enables it to use faster shutter speeds than would otherwise be possible in darkness--allowing it to freeze motion
Date and Temperature Stamp
Puts an imprint of the date and temperature on each photo at the time of capture. This can help you track change over time, or figure out which animals are more active than others at different periods and in colder or warmer conditions
Moon Phase Stamp
Links the current date to the phase of the moon on that date, storing the data on an internal memory chip, and imprints an icon on your photo at the time of capture. This can help you determine if particular animals are inactive at night when a full or nearly full moon is present--making them more visible to predators. Additionally, if nighttime photos appear darker or lighter in the background, Moon Phase helps you determine whether that is due to the brightness of the moon
You can automatically embed GPS coordinates to make it easier to track game and decide exactly where to place the camera to get the best images
In addition to the 4:3 aspect ratio, 16:9 is now available for wide-screen images and video
Configured with a USB port and includes a USB cable for connection to a computer
