Sytrus from Image-Line is a hybrid synthesizer plug-in that allows you to combine subtractive synthesis, frequency modulation and ring modulation to create complex sounds. It is compatible with Windows only and can be run standalone or within your VST compatible host software.

Sytrus is equipped with 6 user-definable operators that can act as independent oscillators for subtractive synthesis or cross-modulate to create FM or RM synthesis. It also has a harmonic editor that is capable of additive synthesis.

Sytrus also features three chainable banks that each contain an array of 13 filter types, each with 5 cutoff slope settings and an integrated distortion processor. The filter units are followed by an effects unit that features chorus, delay, reverb and more.
