question

How many hours of video footage can this take if I used my Somy RX100 MII? And how much footage can I get if I record my videos in 60FPS?
Asked by: Anonymous
One can record roughly 5 hours of video with the RX100 II at 60p on a 64GB card.

question

How many hours of Full HD video can I record with this 64GB sd card on a Canon Rebel T5i?
Asked by: Ashley R.
The rebel uses h.264 compression but I'm not sure what the bit rate, framerate, and color depth is. At most for 1080p it should be about 11.4 GB per hour. That means you'd get roughly 5 and a half hours. You could possibly get quite a bit more depending on what settings you use, but for full HD with Max quality on a normal kind of video that should be accurate. If you're filming at really high framerate or something it could be less.

question

i HAVE A CANON Rebel T1i and tried for 2 or 3 shots to make sure it would work. I came back to my camera after a week and found to my displeasure that it would not store pictures. My camera would not read it and when I tried to store pics from my computer it would not do so. It will however store word files on it. Can this be fixed?
Asked by: william w.
That's really odd. I would try doing a hard format and trying again. If not, then it might be a defect in the card.

question

will this work on an older Mac Mini (2007ish) with USB 2.0 and OSX Snow Leopard?
Asked by: Anonymous
This will work with any SDXC setup, if your Mac reads SDXCs it should have no problem with these. I have several of them in my gear, I have not had any trouble with them. They go thru TSA and other scanners with no trouble and no loss of data. I get about 9100 6MB photos per card and have taken over 100,000 photos on each card. That is cycling (filling and transferring all 9100 photos) one card every two to three weeks, I have been using the same cards for about 9 months now.

question

Is this a good recommendation for recording up to two hours of HD sports and transferring files to editing software?
Asked by: Anonymous
Whether the above card would record 2 hours of video would depend on the camera you own and the resolution at which the video is recorded. However, the Sony 64GB SDXC Class 10 UHS-1 Memory Card would be a good choice for HD video recording as it has a fast enough minimum write speed for recording HD video.
