question

What is the package for this tripod? there is 2 box? one for the tripod and the other for the head ball?
Asked by: Marco C.
I recently purchased this tripod and head, but only received the tripod. I have been trying to work with B&H to get the head. They have said they requested one from Vanguard. Its been over a week.... no head, had to borrow one for a shoot this week. Not particularly happy right now. That said, its the first unsatisfactory experience I have had with B&H in many years.
