The CB Folding-SAB Camera Bracket from Custom Brackets features an Arca-Swiss style camera quick release clamp. An Arca-Swiss style quick release camera plate, such as Custom Brackets' CK-500, is required (sold separately). The bracket has an upright grip handle with a locking shoe mount on top for an off-camera flash, video light or microphone. A foam grip affords comfort, and black anodized aluminum offers durability and makes for light weight. The bracket is compact--6.75 x 6.75 x 3.0"--and folds up into an even smaller 6.75 x 2.13 x 3.0" for easy storage. It's also maintenance-free, requiring no lubrication.

CB Folding-SAB Camera Bracket with Arca-Swiss Quick Release Clamp is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice, space-saving bracket This bracket's folding design is a perfect, space-saving match for my compact mirrorless reflex. It is very nicely made (in the U.S.A.!). Assuming you have an Arca-Swiss-type quick-release on your tripod head (if not, why don't you?!), be sure and order the optional CK-500 plate that attaches to the bottom of the SAB bracket, allowing quick attachment of camera and bracket to your tripod. Although the product description doesn't mention it, the cold flash shoe atop the bracket's handle rotates, a plus with movement-limited compact flash units (don't forget that you'll need an off-camera adapter/cord for your particular flash unit). The foam grip is comfortable, but like all foam grips, they get dirty in no time at all, but replacements are available. An optional, hinged, adjustable-shoe (left-right for lens axis alignment), flash bar to convert the SAB to a flip-bracket for fast change between horizontal and vertical (landscape/portrait) orientation would be nice. Custom Brackets has a similar bracket with this feature, but the handle is nearly twice as tall as the SAB, too tall for compact cameras.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well constructed - well conceived Love this well constructed folding bracket to get my flash off the camera. I particularly love the Arca Swiss QB clamp as I can keep my tripod QR plate on my camera and easily take this bracket on and off without having to mess around with any threaded screws or changing my tripod bracket - which I keep permanently on my camera.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I would buy this product again Very well made, and of great quality, but it is not as easy and quick to attach to Kirk PZ-168 base plate for Canon 5d mark iv, as I had hoped
