Gator GFW-UTILITY-TBL Reviews
Very sturdy and love how it adjusts to fit my needs!
better than the others
Construction is great Really like the nonslip rubberized padding on the top Square stock tubing more stable and easy for height adjustments. And the level how COOL is that no more guessing
Very flimsy keyboard table. I expected more and this thing is a failure.
Broke early, but 5-stars???
Using this for a Yamaha CP4. A weld broke (diagonal brace) after several months. Not sure of the reason--possibly heavy vibration from rigorous playing or hyperextension of the leg when setting up. Either way, the Gator customer service was a surprisingly pleasant experience--clearly a class above the rest. For the reasonable price, you will have a usable table for at least 3-years, period, Gator will make sure of that.
Great for sit-down. Funky legs
I'm using this table as a sit-down keyboard holder for my full-size KORG N1. Works OK for that. I'm thinking it might be a little less sturdy if used in a stand-up configuration on stage (with this particular keyboard), but I don't know. One thing that, at first, bothered me was that the left legs were not at a 90 degree angle to the table top as the right legs are. The product picture shows both sets of legs at a 90 degree angle to the table top, but the left legs spread out an additional 5 degrees. But I'm discovering that this actually adds to the stability of the table with my heavy N1 on it. So I'm OK with it now. Other than that, it's great and I'd recommend it. Nicely adjustable.
Awesome for DJs
This table is awesome! I use it to my either my large coffin (2 CDJs and a 12 mixer) and small coffin (DDJ-SR). It's strong and sturdy yet light weight and folds up so small! Love this unit and would definitely recommend it to a friend.
... bought one of these last year; and used primarily as a narrow writing table; excellent keyboard stand, but i also use as a portable workbench as well as sturdy desk in field... folds up flat, and packs well for traveling.
Versatile. As expected
Well designed. Not as stable as our double braced x-stand but I didn't expect it to be. The spaciousness underneath more than offsets this. An unexpected benefit is the clean appearance and ease of hiding cables velcroed to the frame. Very easy to set up and adjust. Previous reviews have recommended pulling outward on the legs once the weight of the keyboard is on, and this does help stability. I put all of my 160 lbs on it so it is a sturdy frame. I don't think the manufacturer rates it for that much weight!
