ACTi GNR-3000 overview

  • 1Description

Record and playback from up to 64 cameras using the 64-Channel WUXGA NVR from ACTi. The recorder allows up to four remote clients and one local client to simultaneously access the device, and it supports up to 1920 x 1200 local display resolution. When remotely viewing live video you can divide your screen into 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 16, 18, 24, 25, 35, 36, 48, 49, or 64 sections, enabling you to watch some or all of the connected cameras at the same time. Pan, tilt, and zoom controls with speed settings offer remote control of PTZ cameras, and the NVR supports joystick control through four USB 2.0 interfaces. An e-Map function provides area maps with camera icons for easily keeping track of all of your camera's locations, and small live view windows allow you to directly view live video from each camera icon. Additionally, two-way audio offers sound to and from any audio supported devices, and you can broadcast audio to multiple device at the same time.

The NVR records video based on a customized schedule or an event trigger, and you can manually begin recording with just the click of a mouse. Event triggers include motion detection, PIR sensors, network/server loss and recovery, and detection of an external device through the digital input. When searching through footage you can find recordings by time, channel, or alarm trigger, and media controls allow you to playback footage at multiple speeds as well as pause or stop the footage. Additionally, during playback you can create a snapshot from footage or crop a long video, enabling easy export of data. The NVR includes 1 HDD disk for immediate use, and it can support a total of 5 local HDD disks as well as eSATA, iSCSi, and USB external storage devices. Furthermore, RAID 0,1 software provides data redundancy and maximizes bandwidth performance. Mobile support allows for live viewing, PTZ control, and event or time based search and playback on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch.
