Adjustable Musicians' Stool with Back and Footrest (Black) is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 23.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great solution for home studio I needed some sort of chair for when I sit with an acoustic guitar in my home studio. Something comfortable with a back rest. The QuickLok Adjustable Musician's Stool works perfect for me. Even though this stool has a foot rest, As a right-handed player I found that I needed to use the lowest chair position so I could have my left foot on the floor and my right foot raised up on the foot rest. The only complaint I have is that the rubber tubes on the foot rest are very loose. They can easily be pushed with your foot and fall off. I had to use double-sided tape to fix them in position to correct this, but otherwise a very good quality stool for the price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Rates 4 1/2 + Stars for my USE Use for guitar stool. Excellent height adjustments for foot rests, back support and seat heights. Quick & Easy The seat is a large flat surface more bench like which I prefer. It is more comfortable than the traditional round stool tops. The musicians' stool is very solid and well made. It is foldable but you have to remove the back support & seat. Which means it requires some effort to travel with. But it is worth the effort once you set to back up. EXCELLENT for studio or permanent stage set up, ...ie church worship setting. Best I was able to find anywhere. I would recommend it 4 1/2 out 5 stars because not designhed and intended for easy traveling. Permanent stage use is perfect.. 5 out of 5.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great seat! Great seat! Best one I have found, but it needs some more cushioning, so I added 3 gel cushions and attached them with straps. I have a difficult time sitting on just about any surface. The foot holders work well, but I had to put tape around the edges to keep the plastic on the holders. I had to add a velcro strap to keep the foot holders in place during transport. The seat is very adjustable, and it is possiibe to sing and play while getting back support. Only negative is that I would think that the manufacturer would have made the adjustments I had to make.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid Unit It does the job... Recently used it for a stage band gig for a community theater musical; gave me the advantage of being a little higher up in the back of the string section to easily see the conductor, and the footrest was convenient to allow me easy access to the pedalboard for quick patch changes on the electric guitar rig. It's quite a bit heavier than some other similar options out there, and I wish the backrest had adjustable angle settings (ie, would be handy to be able to use it for lumbar support instead), also the seat cushion is rather insufficient for long periods of being seated, I added a gel cushion on top of it. Otherwise, it's a solid unit, and I'd recommend it. Also, since it's pretty heavy and bulky, just be prepared for that, or have a strong buddy carry it for you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from On the bulky side, but solid and practical In construction and materials it closely resembles a weight bench. Easily assembled: extend rear leg, slide on seat attachment, then backrest. The latter was a little quirky: the internal plates that hold the pin float within the outer case, so had to hold the pin out with one hand while using the index finger of the other to align the plates to fit over the frame. Portable, but within limits; fine if you have room in a car or van, but not easily carried on the subway or a bus. The backrest works for me in just about all positions, from lower back support, to mid, to upper--the latter for leaning back while playing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A very comfortable and adjustable chair The chair is very comfortable and folds easily, once the adjustable parts are removed. Though a bit heavy, is also quite portable and easy to setup and take apart. This is the second purchase I've made from B&H and am pleased with the ease of the site and the quick, prompt delivery of products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best in the market. I have nothing bad to say about this stool excelt is a little too heavy. I use it to play my keyboard but my friends use it for guitars. It adjust to all heights and is very comfortable. It is a bit pricey but worth the money. I bought it for $120 at BHH which is as cheap as it gets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Ideal Seat For a Solo Musician For people who have trouble wearing a guitar for four sets standing up - this is a dream come true. Heavy Duty: it is constructed like an exercise machine in a gym, with the same type of height adjustments. A comfortable seat that can be set high enough that you nearly appear standing. Adjustable footrests to take load off feet and adjust position of spine. It looks very hi-tech on stage, and knock down is a snap. The best money I've spent in years.
