The EOLAD-2S from Morovision fuses an EOTech 552 Holographic Weapon Sight with a dual-function infrared laser aiming device. This NVD-compatible tactical aiming system has an integrated Picatinny mount, and it complies with Mil-Std 810G standard for waterproofing and shock-resistance.
This model of the multi-purpose EOLAD is configured with a 200mW illuminator that can be narrowed to a 1 mrad beam width for target designation up to 5468 yards away. For painting the night vision scene with infrared light, the illuminator beam can be defocused to a 75 mrad flood. The EOLAD-2S also has a 50mW aiming point for precise targeting up to 2187 yards. Both lasers have an adjustable impact point and can be activated using the included double-tap remote pressure pad switch.
The battlefield-tested EOTech 552 weapon sight has a 65 MOA red circle-dot reticle with a 1 MOA aiming point. This holographic reticle is parallax-free and does not project a signature when viewed from the front. Additionally, the reticle-illumination system offers 10 selectable brightness settings visible with NV. Parallax-free reticle and unlimited eye relief make allows the operator to remain accurate while using a both eyes open shooting technique and maintaining a comfortable viewing distance.
