Photo Oil Color Paint Starter Kit (12-Color) is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from As good as marshall I bought this product because I could not find the marshall paint set anywhere. After I ordered this item, I was finally able to find the Marshall set from I must say that you get alot more paint for the money with this set. Again, the two products work a little diffirent. This product is good for giving the photo a more painterly effect and marshall is more transparent and gives your photo more of a painted photo effect rather than a painting. This is a great product if the above result is what you are looking for and due to the fact that the paint is heavier it is easier to manager details with this paint. I am actually glad I could not find the Marshall paint set in time forcing me to buy this item. Now I have two paint sets that produces wonderful but diffirent results. Painting photos is lots of fun. The only recommendation I have is that you may want to print the photos in RGB-convert color photo to grascale and than back to RGH- in any basic photo shop. This will allow you to make the make the light/dark adjustments and also uses multiple colors from your inkjet to make the black color rather than using just the black color of your printer. I have learned that doing it this way makes the print more permanent and there is little to no bleeding of the black color. For the $$ you do get alot more paint here than Marshall
