Convergent Design Odyssey7 Overview

Convergent Design's Odyssey7 OLED Monitor & Recorder features a 7.7" OLED capacitive touchscreen with a 1280 x 800 resolution and sharp 3400:1 contrast ratio. It includes the compressed Apple ProRes 422 (HQ) codec and records video in 1080p30/i60 and 720p60/50 in 10-bit 4:2:2. It features one SSD slot supporting optional Convergent Design 2.5" SSDs. Video connections consist of one SDI input and one output, and one HDMI input and one output. Software features include Waveform and RGB Parade.

Most of the inputs/outputs are on the bottom, and 1/4"-20 mounting threads are on the sides and back. An AC adapter is included for continuous power, and optional battery plates are available for IDX, Anton Bauer, Sony L-Series, Sony U-Series, Canon BP Series, Panasonic, and JVC batteries.

The Odyssey7 includes a compressed Apple ProRes 422 (HQ) codec that will record up to 1080p30/i60 10-bit 4:2:2.

Can this monitor record 1080/60P on a Canon C100 Mark II with the latest updates?

I'm sorry I only bought it to use as a monitor, have not tried to record with it AT ALL, so I'm unfamiliar with what it can and can't do in that regard.

Hi, does it record two simultaneous feed (from 2 different input) at the same time, and with the same Timecode ?

It takes only one record feed at a time but does have sync/trigger for most cameras.
