    Delkin Devices 64GB reviews

64GB CF 1050X UDMA 7 Cinema Memory Card is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Card If you are looking for a high end Compact Flash card, look no further. This card is awesome!! Obviously not your standard CF card, so if you are just looking for just a run of the miss CF card for your snap shots save some $$ and grab a delkin 700x card. But if you have the need for speed this is the one. I shoot with a 5D Mark III and a 1D C and this card handles everything. Just make sure you have a good card reader!! This card was recommended to me by my local Canon guy, and he wasn't lying.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very slow write speeds I was excited to try this card choosing it over the 64 gb Lexar 1000x encouraged by Delkins digital cinema lineage. I have however been extremely disappointed with its performance having found it to write at an average speed of 60 mb/s, a far cry from its specified speed. Having researched heavily before making my purchase I was encouraged by Delkins emphasis on quality control but given the price tag and failure to come anywhere close to its specs I cannot recommend this card or Delkin based on my experience so far. To make matters worse I have tried to return the item to B&H, explaining the above and providing benchmark results and have been contacted by 3 different customer service representatives each one seemingly not having read the last email, leaving me to explain the situation repeatedly. Don't take the chance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect!!!! This card is absolutely awesome. I love delkin cards in general; Durable, reliable, and great customer service. But this card is also super fast. Perftect for use in my 5D III and more importantly my 1Dc. If you shoot video, or any high speed / high FPS stills this is the card!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Write Speed incorrect Purchased this card to record RAW (1080p) from 5D Mark III @ 29.97 fps. Camera (Magic Lantern) says it requires 103.4 MB/s to record at this rate which falls under the cards claim of 120 mb/s write speed. I could not after extensive testing get more than 3 seconds of 1920x1080 to record.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't get this brand I got the Udma 6 version of the 64 gb card. After a few weeks it conked out. It's suddenly not readable by my computer or camera. Trying to reformat has failed. I've always used SandDisk and never had a problem. I've used cards for years. This one didn't last two months of moderate shooting. It's enough to make me never use this brand again :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Work Just Fine With Canon Eos 1DX Mark II I shoot stills, and shoot a lot. I was introduced to these cards about a year ago when I needed a couple additional memory cards for my back up camera I had put the wide angle on. I was in a small town and these were the only cards the little camera shop had. I don't like change and was skeptical about trying a brand I had never heard of. Anyway shooting on raw and shooting with the trigger pinned sometimes, I beat the hell out of my gear and cards. They still work a year later as good as the day I bought them. I have at least ten in total and just bought a couple more including their C-Fast card which I have not tried. Granted I have had two of them that did not work right out of the package, took them back and the replacements are fine. This has happened a few times with all the other brand cards I have used over the years as well. Failure happens, thats why I will always test any brand card before I take it in the field with me. Anyway, I like these cards and the price is decent!!! The first two I bought have been filled to the max at least 8000 times by now, to give you an idea of how much work they go through. I am usually sharing the work load between 3-5 cameras and cards at a single event. My first two Delkin Cards always go in the camera I will use the most at each event until they do finally die.
