Pelco ES41E overview

  • 1Description

The Pelco ES41EP36-5N ESPRIT SE IP Positioning Camera System (NTSC) features a receiver, pan/tilt, enclosure, and a pressurized IOC (Integrated Optics Cartridge) in a single, easy-to-install system. The ES41EP36-5N system also includes a window wiper, which is completely integrated into the enclosure and does not interfere with the viewing range of the system. The wiper can be configured to delay between wipes and to automatically shut off after a specified period. Also, its design allows for easy replacement of the wiper blade. Moreover, this positioning system also features a built-in heater, window defroster/defogger, sun shroud, and insulation blanket. It also includes an open collector auxiliary output that functions for 2 seconds before deactivating.

This ESPRIT SE IP high-speed positioning system features a built-in 100Base-TX network interface for live streaming to any network application. This system also allows you to control and monitor videos over an IP network from virtually anywhere in the world. It supports 2 simultaneous video streams, which can be compressed in H.264, MPEG-4 and MJPEG formats across several resolution configurations. The streams can be configured in a variety of frame rates, bit rates, and GOP (Group of Pictures) structures for additional bandwidth administration. The H.264 compression video files are up to 20 times smaller than MJPEG, making network video storage more affordable.

The ESPRIT SE IP positioning system uses a standard Web browser for powerful remote setup and administration. Network protocols such as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) configuration for security certificates, SSH (Secure Shell) for remote logon, and QoS (Quality of Service) for priority or guarantee data flow can be managed using a Web browser. This system also easily connects to Pelco IP and hybrid systems such as Endura version 1.5 (or later), MPEG-4; Endura version 2.0 (or later), H.264; Digital Sentry version 7.3 (or later); DX8100 version 2.0 (or later); DX4700 / DX4800 Series 1.1 (or later); DX4700HD / DX4800HD Series version 2.0 (or later); and DVR5100 version 1.5.4 (or later). It also features an open architecture connectivity to third-party software. Pelco offers an API (Application Programming Interface) and SDK (Software Developer’s Kit) for interfacing with Pelco’s IP cameras.
