The only real differences are that the 4066 is an omni-directional pickup and the 4088 is directional pickup. The newer models will also have a Core amplifier in them to enhance output and clarity.

It may be used with a wide variety of wireless transmitters. It's MICRODOT connector allows easy adaptability by selecting the appropriate adapter from our list (27 choices) under the ACCESSORIES (tab) &gt; ADAPTERS. An adapter is a REQUIRED, but not included purchase.

How long is the boom?

DPA does not list the boom length as it is integrated into the headset . It is, however, completely adjustable/bendable to fit almost anyone for most applications.
