AudioQuest RECBRUSH Reviews
Got records? Get this.
The only shortcoming is that it doesn't come with a static-free sheath or storage case. This is it though: if you want to keep your vinyl static-free and clean, let a couple revolutions pass under this before you drop the needle. It's as good as any goat-hair brush in that regard, and is designed for no-touch self-cleaning: simply swing the bristle side around and flip it a couple times against the underside of the handle, where it sits firmly for setting aside until the next play. Hopefully Audioquest includes a sleeve or case for these soon. That's my only complaint.
Vinyl needs to be dust free.
You have to be gentle when using this brush. It works really well in keeping the dust/grit off the vinyl.
Awsome brush
All you need is AudioQuest brush to brush your records!
works well
Tried out on thrift shop record- noticeable improvement
Simple and very effective
This cheap and simple tool really helps me enjoy my vinyl, especially when I break out old stuff from grandpa's attic that has years of dust on it. This formulation of carbon bristles seems to really sweep it all up and allow me to get cleaner, pop-free vinyl playing. Can't go wrong for this price.
Good product
Only used it a few times since receiving it but seems to get a lot of those little gremlins that enjoy lurking in the groves
Brush
Haven't used it yet. Prompt delivery.
It Works
This cleaner has worked very well on my old album collection, but I think my former wet system cleaner was better. I have not had it damage any of my old vinyl.
