question

The what's in the box says the lens comes with a limited one-year warranty. The Tokina website says there is a two-year warranty. Is this a U.S. lens or is it gray market? Thanks!
Asked by: Anonymous
Thank you for brining this to our attention. The lens is a USA version (not imported/grey market) and in fact comes with a 3-year USA warranty as per Tokina's website (not two). Our website should be updated soon to reflect the correct time frame.

Why is this Nikon version so much more expensive than the Canon version? Other Tokinas don't have such a big difference between N and C versions.

100 mm filter system with this lens. Heard there are issues with wide angle adapters not threading properly and the standard adapter will only thread but will have vignetting issues. Anyone using a system that works nicely without the issues ? Lee sw150 ?
Asked by: Cory P.
You can use the LEE Foundation Kit and 77mm wide angle adapter ring.
