Has anyone used this with an ultrawide angle lens? I'll be using it with a Canon16-35mm F4 L on a full frame body and I'm worried about vignetting.

You shouldn't experience vignette on your lens using this filter.

What is difference between this filter and B+W 77mm F-Pro Kaesemann High Transmission Circular Polarizer MRC Filter?
Asked by: Amy
The B+W 77mm Circular Polarizer MRC Filter B&H # BWCPMC77 is a conventional Polarizer and an excellent filter. I have one and it is terrific. The B+W 77mm F-Pro Kaesemann High Transmission Circular Polarizer MRC Filter B&H # BWKCPMCH77 on the other hand has valuable features like being brighter and not taking so much light. The Kaesemann feature means the filter is water sealed. I have not used this one but I feel it is right way to go.

There may be slight vignette at the widest end of the focal range, but it shouldn't affect your shooting.

yes, and there are two markers, about 90-deg apart so you can tell by how much you adjusted it

question
Will this screw on the B+W 77mm 1.8 ND 106 Filter. Why so many different types?
Asked by: Sean
The screw thread size is standard, so if the filter size matches (both 77mm) it should fit. There are many different sizes since manufacturers make many camera models with different size lenses. There are many different filters, since they each have a different purpose. - The ND filter simply cuts down the light, while a polarizer blocks light based on it's angle to the filter. Use a polarizer to reduce glare on water or glass and darken the sky to reduced washed out white skies.

question
this polarizer filter can fit on canon 70d?
Asked by: pedro luis
It's not about the camera, it's about the lens size. Each lens will tell you what size it takes. Look on the back of your lens cap. If it says 77mm, it's the right one. If it says any other number, you need that number.
