When running with a half load, this UPS can power devices for up to 11 minutes. When running with a full load 4 minutes. It can be recharged up to 90% in around 6 hours and offers eight total NEMA 5-15R outlets, all of which are equipped with battery and surge protection and can absorb up to 2060 joules for keeping your devices safe against surges and spikes. Other connections offered are a NEMA 5-15P input plug with a 10' cord, serial, USB Type-B, Ethernet RJ45/Phone RJ11 combo jacks, and Coax.

This power supply is ENERGY STAR qualified with GreenPower UPS Bypass technology for reducing energy consumption and heat buildup to help save energy costs. Included with the power supply is the PowerPanel Business Edition UPS management software, which requires minimal system resources and monitors the status of the UPS to ensure it is working properly. When a power outage does occur, this software automatically saves open files and powers down the system into hibernation mode. When your PC is running in hibernation mode, the power supply will offer a longer runtime. This CyberPower UPS provides a lifetime connected equipment guarantee of up to $400,000.

General Features

Battery Backup

Battery backup supplies power long enough for equipment to properly shut down when utility power fails. This helps prevent the loss of data and minimizes the component stress caused by a hard shutdown.

Surge Protection

Surge protection diverts excess voltage away from sensitive electronic equipment during an AC power surge or power spike to help prevent damage.

Data Line Protection

Data line protection prevents power surges that travel through telephone, coaxial, and Ethernet lines from causing damage to electronics.

Line-Interactive Topology

This exists when a line-interactive UPS has an autotransformer that regulates low voltages (brownouts) and over voltages (spikes) without having to switch to its battery.

Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR)

Automatic Voltage Regulation provides clean, consistent AC power by automatically increasing (boosting) low voltage without using battery power when incoming utility power experiences minor fluctuations.

Sine Wave Output

A sine wave output provides power protection to ENERGY STAR systems with Active PFC power supplies.

GreenPower UPS Bypass Design

GreenPower UPS Bypass Design is a patented design that allows utility power to bypass the UPS transformer when AC power is stable, which reduces energy consumption, noise, and heat buildup.

Rotatable Multifunction LCD Panel

The LCD panel displays immediate, detailed information on the UPS battery and power conditions, alerting users to potential problems before they can affect critical equipment and cause downtime. The rotatable panel is easily readable whether the UPS is rack mounted or standing as a tower.

Rack/Tower Versatility

This allows for horizontal rack or vertical tower installation.

PowerPanel Business Edition Software

Provides IT professionals with tools for monitoring and managing the UPS and backup power. This software offers remote management functionality and is available as a free download.

Limited 3-Year Warranty

CyberPower will repair or replace a defective UPS system (including batteries) within three years of the purchase date.

$400,000 Connected Equipment Guarantee

CyberPower will repair or replace properly connected equipment up to $400,000 in value if it is damaged by a power surge.

question

But, have you been able to communicate with this unit to set up auto-shutdown parameters? CyberPower is notorious for ancient non-standard USB implementations with which LINUX and Windows cannot communicate, so you need to be sitting at your system to execute a manual shutdown when the power fails. Not very useful. (And CyberPower support will always blame you / your system until they run out the warranty on you. I.e they WILL NOT support their hardware.)
Asked by: Wayne
Yes, the software suite that comes with the UPS includes auto shutdown features as well.
