Rated 5 out of 5 by from Adds versatility I wanted to make my Holga more versatile but did not want to buy all new filters. I already owned a lot of 52mm filters so I bought this step up ring to attach to the front of the Holga. It screws into the soft plastic of the Holga lens fairly easily although I found it was even easier to use by permanently attaching a 46mm-46mm step up ring to the Holga and then screwing on the 46mm-52mm step up ring when I wanted to use a filter. I have turned my Holga into a Macro Holga and can now shoot infrared film too. For a few bucks I added great versatility to one of my favorite cameras.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Money Saver What can you say about a piece of metal with threads cut in it? The threads are good. It does not fit inside my lens hood which is not the ring's fault. This little piece of metal can save you money when you have a filter larger than your lens. Buy filters for your larger lens and use step up rings. Except if you go from 77mm down to 46: that's just weird.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Use Nikon and Panasonic? Get this... is a step up side is threaded to fit 46mm lenses, the other is threaded to fit 52mm filters... I purchased it so I can throw my Nikon filters on my Panasonic 20/1.7 It works, it is stable, and that is about it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits right. I bought this adapter ring to use 52 mm filters on my Konica Hexar and it does the job just fine now giving me a wide variety of filters to choose from to shoot on this classic.
